It’s important we get the right people into the right roles. That’s why we hold a competency and skills based interview. We aim for most of our roles to be a straightforward one stage interview, however some roles that require an exercise to be completed may be split into two stages. This will be shared with you by the manager booking in your interview.
Great question! It really depends on the role you're going for. Generally, it's a good idea to familiarise yourself with the job description and think about how your skills and experiences align with what we're looking for. And don't forget to come prepared with some questions for us too! We want to make sure it's a good fit for you as well.
We aim for our interviews to take place face to face, however there will always be exceptions for some roles. We aim to be flexible, but it’s important that we meet all candidates prior to offering a position.

Our interviews are conducted by two people to ensure we make decisions together. We'll let you know in advance if there are any extra requirements for the interview.
During the interview, we'll ask a mix of different types of questions—things like behavioural, competency, situational, and values-based questions. Don't worry, though! Just take a look at the job description and the skills needed for the role to get an idea of what we might ask.
We love hearing specific examples from you, whether they're from work, personal projects, or even hobbies. So feel free to share whatever highlights your skills and experiences best!
