Our Finance team makes sure the bills are paid for the schools, colleges, and homes. Our IT team makes sure we have the technology we need to do our jobs. Our Learning and Development team makes sure our teams have the skills they need to develop in their roles. Our Maintenance teams make sure our properties are looked after and a great place for our supported individuals to be.
Central Support Team Members may not be teaching in a school, delivering therapy, or supporting children in their homes directly, but the impact of their work is felt and impacts many lives.
Every role is different, so the development plans and training needs are too.
