Phoenix Learning and Care recently hosted our 7th Phoenix Heart Awards at the beautiful St Pierre Hotel & Country Club in South Wales. This special event honoured the outstanding efforts of our Team Members, who work tirelessly to provide exceptional care and education to vulnerable children and young people in the South of England and South Wales.
Around 150 of our team members, sponsors, and special guests came together to celebrate the achievements of our finalists and winners. With Mr. Alan Dedicoat as our host, we heard inspiring stories of resilience, creativity, and kindness.
Phoenix continues to endeavour to be a great place to work, where honesty and hard work are essential. Our team now includes over 600 talented people who bring new ideas and energy to our mission every day. The diversity of experiences and backgrounds on our team makes us stronger and more innovative.
One of the best things about this year's awards was seeing how our teams support each other. They came together from different parts of our organisation to celebrate successes and encourage one another. The Phoenix Heart Awards reflect our commitment to excellence and caring, showing how our team members positively impact the lives of those we support.
