Job Location: Travel across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset

Salary: Between £50,400 and £57,750 per annum working 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

    Contract Type: Permanent

This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of therapeutic care and make an impact on the lives of the children being supported within our residential homes. You’ll balance clinical leadership with the autonomy to influence and drive positive change, working collaboratively with support teams and registered managers to ensure the best outcomes for the children in our care.

Across three days each week, your focus will be on clinical work, providing expert guidance on complex cases, supporting team members during times of crisis, and ensuring therapeutic approaches meet the highest standards. You’ll offer consultation, reflective practice, design tailored interventions, and mentor support workers and registered managers, equipping them to deliver trauma-informed and neurodiverse-focused care that truly makes a difference.

The remaining two days will be dedicated to your role as a clinical leader. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, lead training sessions, and provide supervision to enhance team capabilities. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be key, as you contribute to the development and evolution of our services while empowering others to deliver exceptional care.

You’ll be able to influence real chance, shaping how therapeutic care is delivered. You’ll have a voice within the Therapies Leadership Team where your insights will be valued, and your expertise used to influence service improvements and drive meaningful change. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate, lead, and ensure our practices remain both effective and forward-thinking.

By working closely with team members and managers, you’ll help build a strong, supportive foundation for the care we provide. Your mentorship and collaborative approach will empower others to deliver consistent, compassionate, and evidence-based support. Together, you’ll create brighter futures for the children in our care and school, ensuring that every action taken has a lasting impact.

Join a team where your expertise and vision truly matter. This is your chance to lead, innovate, and help transform lives within an organisation dedicated to making a real difference.

    • Conducting reflective practice sessions with team members within our Children’s Homes and working closely with the Care Operations team.
