Our Finance team is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a proactive Finance Administrator who can help keep our day‑to‑day operations running seamlessly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, forward‑thinking organisation where your work truly makes an impact.
You’ll be a key Team Member supporting both our education and housing divisions, working across the finance function to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in all administrative tasks. A day in the life of a Finance Administrator will involve:
- Assisting our finance teams with administrative tasks such as processing supplier invoices, daily bank reconciliations, and expenses and company credit card reconciliations.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are input correctly into our financial system
- Assisting the Senior Finance Team with data collection, spend process and budgets.
- Providing support with general administrative and financial activities.
To be a successful Finance Administrator you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, with strong organisational and time management.
- Strong IT skills, with solid experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. You’ll be confident working with Power BI, interpreting pivot tables, and managing and combining data accurately.
- A hands-on approach, ready to tackle tasks with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, approachable mindset.
