I joined Phoenix a few months ago, covering recruitment across all settings and education. The team are incredible, and you feel integrated into the family they have built from day one.

I'm passionate about my job and feel I'm making a difference on our children and adults’ daily lives. The best part is finding the right people who will provide our children and young adults with a loving, supportive, and safe home, or the education they deserve. When you love what you do, it doesn't feel like work.

In the 10 years of my employment with Phoenix and as a Senior Maintenance Technician for North Devon, I have learned many skills, including painting, plumbing, woodwork, and many others.

I would like to say I know ALL the Team Members in our homes and the children we help.

Every day brings a different challenge, but with the support and backing from my dedicated colleagues and management, I can meet these challenges head-on and gain great satisfaction within my role.
