Our Finance team is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to help drive the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting both our education and housing divisions, working across payroll and finance to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks. You’ll be the glue that holds everything together, collaborating with multiple teams, providing crucial support to keep our operations on track.

A day in the life of a Finance Administrator will involve:
- Assisting our payroll and finance teams with administrative tasks such as processing supplier invoices, sales and purchase ledgers.
- Updating and maintaining our vehicle fleet management system.
- Providing support with general procurement activities.
To be a successful Finance Administrator you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, with strong organisational and time management.
- Good IT skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- A hands-on approach, ready to tackle tasks with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, approachable mindset.
