Salary: £24,805.76 per annum, based on working 40 hours per week, 45.2 weeks of the year including holiday.

You'll play a central role in supporting the educational journey of learners with diverse needs. Whether it’s a warm welcome at reception or a calm, professional voice on the phone, you’ll be the first point of contact creating a lasting, positive impression of Oakwood Specialist College.
You’ll help keep the Inclusion team running smoothly managing diaries, booking and preparing meetings, coordinating training, and ensuring that vital processes like EHCP paperwork and communications are accurate. Your attention to detail and organisation will help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

A day in the life of an Inclusion Administrator will involve:
- You'll be the first point of contact, providing professional and courteous communication via phone, email, and in person. This includes gathering accurate information and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
- You'll handle essential paperwork and processes tied to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring that documents are proofread, distributed, and updated in line with required timescales.
- You’ll be responsible for updating spreadsheets, databases, and preparing regular reports that support the Inclusion team’s operations and compliance with audits.
- Provide effective administrative and meeting support including booking meetings, minute-taking, and diary management for the team.
To be a successful Inclusion Administrator you’ll need:
- Great communication – verbal and written communication are important in this role as you will often be the first point of contact.
- A friendly, professional, and polite manner, providing a high standard of customer service to both internal and external parties.
- Attention to detail along with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks within a busy environment.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft systems such as word, excel and teams.
In return for your time, you’ll get:
